Insurance and Billing

We accept a valid assignment of benefits for all traditional, non-restricted dental plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your dental plan. Greater Long Island Dental Health Associates does not participate with any Dental Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to submit all claims on your behalf and accept your assignment toward our fee if you are free to choose your own dentist.
